I hate this, I hate the fact that getting skinny is the only thing that goes through my mind every single minute of every single day, I hate how it makes me feel, I hate the fact that I can't stop feeling like this, I can't stop, I just know that until i reach my goal weight I won't stop and most of all I hate the fact that even despise all that it's not working, I'm still the same fat person, I want it to work, I want to make it, please help me!
Getting skinny shouldn’t be your obssesion and your priority . If you want say goodbye to your fat forever change your life style . Change your diet , match it to you . You don’t have to pass on eating your favourites meals or food . Just resign off junk , fat food . Eat healthy , systematically and count calories - best way is to write down all your meals at the end of day in your diet diary . Don’t think all the time about your weight . Move , work out , exercise everyday . Read a book , go out with friends , watch film or tv show . Your motto should be - Eat healthy and move . Don’t let yourself for snacks and eating in the evening . Last meal at 6pm ! ;-)
