You can just take your friend’s advice and eat more ! . I think your current weight is perfect and you don’t have to lose more weight ! . Eat healthy ,wisely and keep your present weight . Your friend will be happy that you’re not trying to be ana and you will be happy too because you’re skinny now ;-) Talk with your best friend  , convince her that eating junk ,fat food is bad and that you ‘re not planing to  lose more weight but eating healthy is very important for you . I’m sure she will understand and your friendship will be fine;)

Eat eat eat - it’s disgusting ..

They are forcing me to eat . They can’t understand that I’m not hungry .I eat 3 meals a day anyway to stay helthy but for them it’s not enough . They think I will stop my diet but I won’t because I love being skinny even if now I’m not skinny enough but I will be . We’re now on vacation, by the sea . When I see these all fat people eating so many sweets and junk food I feel sick , it’s so disgusting . When I see how much money my parents spend on food I’m feeling so upset . It’s crazy . I hate food , I hate that to live we need to eat . Eating is disgusting.

I hate this, I hate the fact that getting skinny is the only thing that goes through my mind every single minute of every single day, I hate how it makes me feel, I hate the fact that I can't stop feeling like this, I can't stop, I just know that until i reach my goal weight I won't stop and most of all I hate the fact that even despise all that it's not working, I'm still the same fat person, I want it to work, I want to make it, please help me!

Getting skinny shouldn’t be your obssesion and your priority . If you want say goodbye to your fat forever change your life style . Change your diet , match it to you . You don’t have to pass on eating your favourites meals or food . Just resign off junk , fat food . Eat healthy , systematically and count calories - best way is to write down all your meals at the end of day in your diet diary . Don’t think all the time about your weight . Move , work out , exercise everyday . Read a book , go out with friends , watch film or tv show  . Your motto should be - Eat healthy and move . Don’t let yourself for snacks and eating in the evening . Last meal at 6pm ! ;-)

Game of Thrones - Is it worth watching ?

I’m looking for sth to watch , new TV Show to get hooked on . I’m thinking about Game of Thrones . What do you think about that ? Can you recommend it ?
